The escalation chains
An escalation chains define which users or administrator should be advised by email.
To create a simple escalation chain:
SGBOX > SCM > Actions > Escalation Chain.
Click on New Chain.
Choose a name for the escalation chain.
Set to “1” the value of repetition.
set to “1” the value of delay.
Choose the receiver by selecting among multiple destinations. If the target is not present: Please click the New Destination and add it
Choose the message body
Click on the Create button to create it.
